Vice President, Mikro Kapital Group (Luxembourg), he is a Member of the Supervisory Boards in a number of microfinance and factoring companies in Moldova, Romania, Russia, and Tajikistan. He has over 20 years of professional international banking experience. He started his activity in the largest private bank in the South of Russia, going from economist to the top management positions – Member of the Management Board, Head of Treasury and Financial Markets Division, Chair of Asset Liability Committee of the bank.

Since 2012 until 2017 he worked in financial consulting companies from Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. For over 4 years he was Deputy Director of the Russian Program of EBRD for Sustainable Energy Finance (RuSEFF) in Moscow. He is the author of over 30 published scientific papers, has a Degree of Master of Science in Economics (Kentucky, USA) and Ph.D. in Technology Sciences (Russia).

Started professional activity in lending of small and medium-sized businesses in 2004.

Starting from 2006 to 2008, managed credit departments of the largest Ukraine banks, including VTB Bank.

From 2008 to 2012, was responsible for microcredit program in Ukraine as a Consultant while IPC – International Project Consult GmbH carried out implementation and general management of Microcredit Program.

Since 2014, continued her work in Mikro Kapital Group as a Regional Director in a local subsidiary within the Group.

From June 2015 till present time, she is focused on managing credit risks in Mikro Kapital Group.

He started his banking career in 2005 as a loan officer at ProCredit Bank Ukraine (ProCredit Bank worked under contract for development of SME with EBRD and was part of TACIS agreement with EU). Then he worked at Rosenergobank Russia, where he was involved in development of lending to small and medium size enterprises. After that, Sergei worked at Swedbank Ukraine where he managed branch network, retail and SME portfolio.

In 2013, he joined Mikro Kapital starting up microfinance company in Moldova. Now he is responsible for development of Mikro Kapital in Moldova and Romania.
